Cutting
Perfecta 160 is a paper cutter working basis on CIP4 files. This is the first implementation of this system in Poland.
CIP4 Files are generated in imagesetter machine at the stage of exposing the matrices. Uploading CIP4 profiles on the cutter machine allows cutting even the most complex printing sheets. This allows saving time and money.

Punching
Yawa machine allows punching with using flat punching die - to B1 size
Heidelberg Cylinder - 56x77 cm B2, stop - cylindrical machine, productivity is up to 3000 sheets per hour. Except punching machine works well with embossing, paper cutting, adhesive foil or perforating.
Yawa MW 1050A - max format is B1 and min B3, flat punching machine with cleaning function. Productivity is up to 4000 sheets per hour.

Paper laminating
Automatic machine for paper laminating Reboard Astraline allows for wrapping sheets to the size of 71 cm, with corner bend option.
Laminating board possible to 700x1000mm.
Side length 330 mm
Width from 2 mm to 40 mm (hot gluing) 160?C
Cold gluing CR 60 cm.



Line of the sewn binding
6 work stations works with productivity of 3-5 thousands units per hour.
