FORMS, DESIGNS, PATTERNS AND THEIR COSTS

Cost of proofing or similar preliminary work required by the Employer will be credited to the account. If the customer fails to submit orders and stop at printing proofs, is obliged to bear the cost of these prints.

Materials collected by the contractor, CDs, etc. for the manufacturing of the goods are not refundable.

Projects completed by the contractor shall remain his property, without his consent can not be provided to third parties.

Projects are legally protected.

Purchaser is required to view the proofs ,to correct errors in the composition and other deficiencies. The Contractor shall not be liable for errors overlooked by the Employer.

Any change requires a written confirmation.

Contractor is not obligate to archive data files transferred to it by the Employer to implement the contract

The Contractor is not responsible for prints not taken by the customer after a period of one month.

Order processing is basing on data provided by the Employer. The Contractor will not assess their accuracy and usefulness.

The Contractor shall not be liable for derogation from the colors required by the customer, if he will not receive from him the color or pattern number (PANTONE scale).

DELIVERY TERMS

The term of the contract starts from the date of confirmation of the order.

The delivery period is extended appropriately by the time when delays caused by the BUYER.

Completion date is extended also in case of force mojeure, if these obstacles had a significant impact on the implementation of the contract, and also when these circumstances occur at the Contractor's suppliers. Contractor will immediately inform the customer about the existence of such obstacle and its termination

TRANSPORT OF THE GOODS

If the customer does not indicate the form of receiving or delivery of the goods, it will be delivered via a courier company which cooperate with the Contractor, follow the terms of agreements between contractor and the courier service.

Transport costs are borne by Purchaser

Insurance for the duration of transport is carried out at the written request and expense of the customer.

At the time of delivery the freight to forwarder or carrier, the risk of accidental loss of the goods passes to the customer

If shipment is delayed because of the customer ,storage of the product by the Contractor will be at the expense and risk of the customer.

The Purchaser is obliged to check the goods (in quantity and defects) immediately upon receipt.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

If there are no other findings, full payments for the goods, is upon receipt by the buyer or prior to shipment.

In the event that the payment deadline is exceeded the Contractor reserves the right to refuse to accept the next order Or implementation of the next order with 100% prepayment, or counted the payment for latest not paid amount.

In case of delays in payment, Contractor is charging interest at 0.3% per day of delay.

MATERIAL TYPES

All orders are accepted basic on standard materials offered by the Contractor.

In case of any discrepancy or query, customer is obliged to contact the representative person of the Contractor.
